Simulations are available for two networks.

Major cities

A selection of European cities based on population.

Observation sites

The locations of these sites are taken from the European Environment Agency (EEA) Air Quality e-Reporting. EEA member countries include all EU Member States, as well as EEA cooperating countries.

The following selection criteria were applied:

• site should be operational in 2017;
• station type "background", thus no "traffic" and "industry"; altitude below 700 m;
• Additional locations could be added on request.
